đ„ About the role:
At SocialSound, weâre building a thriving ecosystem for music creativesâwhere community, growth, and support are at the core. Weâre looking for a Member Relations Manager to be the friendly, organized, and proactive bridge between our members, coaches, and internal operations.
Youâll play a key role in ensuring that every member feels seen, supported, and set up for success from day one. From handling member communications to managing the back-end systems that power our subscription platform, youâll help us deliver an experience thatâs smooth, human, and community-first.

â What Youâll Do
- Member Relationship Management: Be the go-to person for member inquiries, support requests, and feedbackâensuring every member feels heard and valued.
- Coach Coordination: Keep communication flowing between our members and their coaches. Assist in scheduling, reminders, and relaying updates as needed.
- Welcome Calls: Host warm, friendly onboarding calls with new members to introduce them to the platform, answer questions, and help them hit the ground running.
- Wix Backend Management: Manage and update labels, subscriptions, and member data using the Wix platform. Ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Inbox Management: Oversee our inboxes on Wix, and SocialSound socials (Instagram, Discord, etc.), replying to DMs and redirecting as needed.
- Member Insights: Keep a pulse on member sentiment and flag any recurring questions, issues, or opportunities to improve their experience.

- Have experience using Wix (or are a fast learner) and are comfortable navigating digital back-end systems.

- Are familiar with social media platforms and feel confident managing basic inbox comms.
- Have a genuine passion for music, creators, or helping people grow in their craft.
